Are you creative, curious and interested in shaping the built environment? Build The Way is a 9-month paid traineeship designed to help aspiring architects aged 18 to 25 take their first step into the profession.
Starting in October 2026, you'll gain valuable industry experience by working four days a week in a professional architecture practice while developing your knowledge through weekly learning at the London School of Architecture.
Throughout the programme, you'll also benefit from:

Who can apply?
You can apply if you:
- Are aged 18 to 25 when the traineeship begins in October 2026
- Are interested in architecture and the built environment
- Have not yet attended university
- Are ready to complete an application form and submit a short video
No previous experience is required—just enthusiasm, creativity and a willingness to learn.
