Funding Opportunity for Organisations

Lambeth Made is inviting organisations to apply for funding to deliver a school-based work experience programme for Year 10 and Year 11 students in Lambeth who are at risk of becoming NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training).

The programme will help young people to develop employability skills, workplace confidence and a better understanding of future education, employment and training pathways.

What the programme should include

Successful organisations will be expected to provide activities such as:

  • Workplace preparation and employability activities
  • Employer encounters and engagement
  • Workplace-based learning
  • Supported work experience placements
  • Progression planning and guidance
  • Accessible opportunities for students with SEND and other barriers

Funding Available

Up to £70,000 is available.

Organisations can deliver the programme across:

  • 3 schools – reaching a minimum of 60 students
  • 4 schools – reaching a minimum of 80 students
  • 6 schools – reaching a minimum of 120 students

The expected programme delivery period is January to July 2027.

Application Deadline

Applications close: 12 October 2026 at 11:59pm.
