We’re excited to announce My Life SC1ence – unique work experience with opportunities at King’s College London!

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Explore exciting career pathways in health and life sciences and learn about the incredible work happening at King’s London Institute for Healthcare Engineering, King’s School of Biomedical Engineering & Imaging Sciences, and Science Gallery London.
  • Create engaging, shareable content to help demystify the health and life sciences sector, building "science capital" in your community.
  • Develop employability skills and uncover accessible entry points to the life sciences sector.

Who Can Apply: This programme is open to Lambeth residents in one of two groups:

  1. Year 12 Students in Lambeth (Project Dates: November 11, 14, 28, 29; December 2, 3, 4, 6)
  2. Young People Aged 16 to 24 (Not in Education, Employment or Training)

Location:

King’s London Institute for Healthcare Engineering (next to St Thomas’ Hospital in Westminster).

Pay:

Participants will earn £30 for each day of attendance.
