The Step Up to Social Work programme could be your next step towards a meaningful profession in social work.

Why Choose Step Up to Social Work?

This 15-month training programme provides you with hands-on experience working in real-life social work teams while supporting you in gaining a Postgraduate Diploma in Social Work. Upon completion, you’ll be eligible to apply for registration as a professional social worker. This is a fully funded opportunity with financial support available:

• Full tuition fees covered
• Tax-free bursary of £21,995 over the duration of the programme

Who Can Apply?

Entry Requirements:

• Minimum 2:2 degree (Level 6) in any subject
• GCSE English (Grade C/4 or above) or an equivalent qualification
• At least 6 months of experience (paid or voluntary) working with children, families, carers, or vulnerable adults
• Original qualification certificates must be presented during the application process
