We are delighted to have launched our Inclusive Talent Strategy, which sets out our plans to support residents into employment, education and training in the borough, ensuring that residents of all backgrounds benefit from local growth and opportunity.
Our approach targets those who need our support the most, focussing on reducing inequities, as well as targeting our local growth sectors where we know there are high quality, sustainable career pathways.
