The GLA Workforce Integration Network has opened a new grant fund that aims to help underrepresented Londoners into good jobs by connecting them with vacancies in London's growth sectors.

 

ITB will fund community-based organisations to increase their job brokerage and job placement support for Londoners who are underrepresented in the workforce, such as those in Black and minority ethnic communities.

 

It will also support employers to fill vacant roles with skilled candidates from diverse and underrepresented communities. Read more about the ITB programme:

Key information

  • What this funding is for: to enable to increase their capacity to connect underrepresented Londoners with good work opportunities.
  • Who can apply: non-profits and community groups. For-profits may be considered if they meet the full eligibility criteria and deliver high social impact.
  • Amount: apply for a £40,000 to £70,000 grant.
  • Funding application deadline: 1 September 2025.
  • How long for: delivery should happen from September 2025 to September 2026.
