Lewisham, Lambeth, and Southwark Councils are offering free Retrofit Assessor training this October 2025 through the Warm Homes Skills Programme a unique opportunity for self-employed professionals in South London.
Delivered locally by the Site Training Centre, the programme includes:
• Level 4 Retrofit Assessor (Energy, Occupancy & Condition Reports)
• Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor (EPC Certificates)
• Level 3 Energy Efficiency in Older Buildings (Pre-1919 homes)
Training spans 2 weeks in-person (with house visits) and 1 week online. No prior qualifications are needed full support is provided. This is your chance to gain in-demand skills and enter the growing retrofit and energy efficiency sector.
