Discover Paid Creative Opportunities for Young People in Lambeth

ELEVATE and Lambeth Made are recruiting for a new cohort of the Next Us: Your Pathways to Creative Careers programme — a paid pre-employment initiative designed for 16 to 24-year-olds in Lambeth who are not currently in education, employment, or training.
The Autumn Creative Bootcamp runs from Monday, 17 November to Friday, 28 November 2025, offering hands-on training, creative workshops, and tailored guidance from industry professionals across the creative and digital sectors.
Participants will gain valuable experience, explore career options, and have the opportunity to progress into paid work placements or internships. Once referred or self-referred, each young person will be supported by a Creative Link Worker who will help match them with suitable opportunities based on their interests.
