Free. Voluntary. Individual.

Connect to Work is a free employment programme for Lambeth residents.
Whether you’re unemployed or in a job and worried about losing it, we’re here to help.
You’ll receive one-to-one support from a specialist adviser, focused on your needs and goals.

What support will I get?

Once enrolled, you’ll receive tailored support to help you reach your goals, including:

  • 1:1 coaching

  • Job opportunities

  • Wellbeing support

  • In-work guidance

  • Workplace adjustments

Where can I access support?

Connect to Work support is delivered across community locations in Lambeth.
We offer in-person and remote appointments, meeting you in spaces that feel comfortable and local — including:

  • Libraries

  • Community centres

  • Trusted local venues

Who can join?

You can join if you are:

  • Currently unemployed, or employed but at risk of losing your job

  • Aged 18 or over

  • Living in Lambeth

  • Have a health condition or disability

We also welcome:

Carers, ex-offenders, refugees, care-experienced individuals, survivors of abuse or modern slavery, those affected by homelessness, people linked to the Armed Forces, individuals in recovery, and young people involved or at risk of serious violence.
