Looking for a fun and supportive way to get active? Latin Bounce Back is a lively dance and fitness programme combining salsa, bachata, and merengue rhythms to help you improve your wellbeing while having fun.
Delivered by Morley College London, these sessions include warm-up stretches followed by an energising mix of cardio, strength, and coordination exercises. Whether you’re a beginner or already enjoy dancing, everyone is welcome to join and take part at their own pace.
This is a great opportunity to meet new people, build confidence, and boost your physical and mental wellbeing in a friendly community environment.
