This Employer Breakfast will explore how apprenticeships are supporting organisations to build future-ready talent, close skills gaps and strengthen their workforce. The session will include informal networking, short industry talks, and real career journeys shared by apprentices, alongside the presentation of Apprenticeship Awards.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to exchange ideas, connect with peers and spark new collaborations over a freshly prepared breakfast.
