Success Story

Celebrating Achievement Across Lambeth Adult Learning:

Last Friday, we proudly welcomed nearly 150 learners, staff and partners to the Lambeth Adult Learning End of Year Celebration and Awards — a powerful event honouring the resilience, success and community spirit of our adult learners.

The day was filled with inspiration, joy and recognition of the progress made across the past academic year. From emotional learner stories to outstanding displays of creativity and learning, the energy in the room reflected a truly supportive and dynamic learning network.

We were honoured to be joined by senior leaders and partners, including Chief Executive Ian Davies, Cllr Cameron, Cllr Manley-Browne, Cllr Donatus, as well as Jobcentre colleagues and members of the many teams we work closely with across Lambeth Council.

Thank you to our brilliant providers: Morley College, High Trees, The Baytree Centre Train2Work, MI Skills Development Centre, IRMO, City College Stratford (Angell Town), Ripe Learning, 198 Contemporary Arts & Learning, and Photofusion — and most importantly, to the learners themselves.

Here’s to another year of transformation, growth and community-powered learning!
